Important: RegiManager is an independent software platform for professional service bureaus (PSBs). It is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by any DMV or government agency.
1. Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate RegiManager for agencies and their clients, including:
- Account data — names, emails, phone numbers, and login credentials.
- Business / client records — policy, vehicle, document, payment, and service details entered by authorized agency staff.
- Mobile wallet access data — Client App Portal number, contact identifier, and access PIN verification used to sign clients into the wallet app.
- Device / session data — session tokens, device labels, and basic technical logs needed for security and support.
- Optional biometrics — if enabled on a user’s device, fingerprint/Face ID unlocks credentials stored only on that device; biometric templates are not uploaded to RegiManager servers.
2. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Provide portal and wallet features (policies, documents, chat, notifications, and DMV-related workflows).
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, and prevent unauthorized access.
- Support agencies and clients, improve reliability, and meet operational requirements.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share operational client data with third-party marketers.
3. How we protect information
Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive account access is controlled by agency permissions and authenticated API sessions. Mobile wallet sessions and optional biometric credentials are stored using the device secure storage facilities where available.
4. Sharing and processors
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, or operate the platform (for example infrastructure providers), only as needed to deliver the service, and under appropriate confidentiality and security expectations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service to the agency, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Agencies control much of the client/business content they upload into RegiManager.
6. Your choices and requests
Clients should contact their agency for updates to profile details or wallet access. Agencies and users may contact us at mail@regimanager.com to request support regarding access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
7. Children’s privacy
RegiManager is intended for business/professional use and is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are posted at this URL.
